  No need to think twice. Jay and his team are over the top the best professional agents you can find in the city. Stefanie represented us as our buyer agent and as first time home buyers, it was the best decision we've ever made. After over a year of dealing with other agents that felt more like salesmen more than anything else, we were exhausted until we finally met Jay at an open house, we knew right away he genuinely wants to help his clients find their dream home. And he did!   Jay was absolutely amazing to work with. We knew immediately after our initial consultation with him that his team is the one to go with for the sale of our condo in Fullerton. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about our Sunny Hills neighborhood, the market in north orange county overall, and gave us great advice on how to better prepare our place for putting it on the market, as well as a strategy for finding a new home. We were first time sellers and they held our hands throughout the process giving guidance, and took care of the contractors, stagers, the mortgage lender as well as a realtor for our subsequent purchase in Brea. Everyone they recommended are as professional as they are - and we couldn't have been happier with their services. More importantly, I appreciated that Jay was honest and straight-forward which helped set our expectations.
